Grow Monroe

Grow Monroe is a hospital-wide campaign designed to encourage and recognize growth in both individuals and departments. Our goal is to develop a greater sense of team spirit, enthusiasm, confidence, self-esteem, optimism, hope, and determination. This will inspire a respectful, friendly work environment, encourage collaborative problem solving, create harmony and unity that will make Monroe Hospital a better place to work. This will provide better patient healthcare to our community.
